Consultations
A 15-minute free consultation with a therapist offers an opportunity to ask questions, discuss your concerns, and get a sense of the therapist's approach, helping you determine if they’re a good fit for your needs. It’s a low-pressure way to explore therapy options before committing to a full session.
Individual
Individual therapy is a personal, one-on-one space with a licensed therapist. It is tailored to your needs, offering guidance, coping strategies, and a safe environment for self-reflection.
Couple
Couples therapy is a joint process where both partners work with a therapist to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their relationship. It provides a neutral space to address issues, understand each other’s perspectives, and develop healthier interaction patterns.
Family
Family therapy involves working with a therapist to address dynamics and conflicts within related parties of 3 or more, helping members improve communication, understand each other better, and resolve issues together. It focuses on fostering healthier relationships and creating a supportive environment for all involved.
Child/Adolescent
Child/Adolescent therapy provides a safe, supportive space for your minor child to explore their feelings, behaviors, and experiences through age-appropriate methods like play, art, or talk. It aims to help them process emotions, build coping skills, and address specific challenges like anxiety, trauma, or behavioral issues.

Meet Raven
This journey called life can bring many ups and downs, trials and triumphs. There can be moments of relaxation and times where there seems to be so much going on internally, where you feel like you can’t rest. There could have been hurts, physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe that relationship with self and others impacts every aspect of life, and I am here to be alongside you on your road to healing, freedom, empowerment, and thriving, whether you are an individual, couple, or family.
My passion stems from the family environment that I grew up in. It spurred my desire to see healthy relationships, effective communication, and people knowing that they matter. I didn’t know that I would be a therapist some day, but I did know that I desired to empower others, especially those from a racially marginalized background.
Style and Approach
I utilize my warmth and authenticity, bringing my belief that you have the capacity for growth through raising self-esteem and building healthy ways of coping while exploring the impact of your journey. I take a holistic approach with a relational and systemic lens. In addition, with couples we focus on strengthening friendship, managing conflict constructively, and creating shared meaning to help you build the relationship you desire, while working through the impact of emotional wounds and expectations.
I strive to provide a safe space for you to be yourself without shame while you strive to heal and grow, with empathy and hope.
The primary modalities I utilize are Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy (STST) as well as incorporating elements of CBT. I also use the Gottman Method with couples.
Fun Facts
I love spending quality time with family and friends. I enjoy sports, especially basketball and tennis. I also enjoy exploring the city on a nice sunny day or being inside and watching a movie.

Elliot Lee
(He/Him/His)
MA, LPC
Elliot is in-network with BCBS, Aetna, UHC and Cigna
Elliot sees individuals ages 14+
Meet Elliot
As an immigrant to the United States, Elliot faced various cultural, social, and economic challenges during his adolescence which formed in him a passion for wholeness and well-being. Working through the resulting depression, anxiety, and identity confusion for many years, he came to experience first-hand healing and growth that he now seeks to share with his clients. The experiences of these transformative years form the building blocks of Elliot’s counseling approach. Eclectically utilizing cognitive, mindfulness-based, and contemplative approaches to therapy, Elliot is eager to listen in order to discover resources already present in your life, to witness the obstacles and challenges you’ve overcome, and to tell you that your feelings and longings make sense. In therapy, Elliot’s basic commitment is to treat you with unconditional warmth and regard. The safety provided by this softened perception will motivate you to explore without fear of judgment or rejection your core beliefs and narratives, habit loops that get you stuck, traumatic memories, and more with a special eye to your sense of who you are and how you relate to yourself. As Elliot loves to point out: How harsh or gentle is the voice in your head? How different would the world be if that voice that’s always with you were more compassionate and understanding? The truth is that our senses of who we are are always bound up with others’ perceptions: We learn to love ourselves from being loved. We learn gentleness from being addressed gently. We grow and heal as we hear words that understand and nurture us—not some cheap, premade words, but words born from attentive, heart-to-heart engagement. Over time fragmented parts of your personality can become whole, depression turn into acceptance, and anxiety give way to vitality and a readiness to face life. Who knows? One day you might be able to look back at everything you are going through with a lens of gratitude! Elliot graduated with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and is certified as a Spiritual Director and a Trauma Professional (currently working on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy certification). Elliot Lee works out of our Frisco location and specializes in helping older teens, young adults, and adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, spirituality, family relationships, and self-esteem/identity issues. He is fluent in English and in Korean. During his free time, Elliot enjoys cooking, reading, writing, searching for the next favorite indie rock or ambient record, watching Mixed Martial Arts, and attending Eastern Orthodox services and meditation gatherings. Elliot also works as a caretaker for his dad who suffers from dementia.

Mark Olkowski MA, LMFT
Mark does not accept insurance
Mark sees individuals ages 13+, couples, and families
Meet Mark
Mark Olkowski was born and raised in the Bay Area of Northern California. Before relocating to the Dallas area, he earned his Bachelors in Psychology at San Diego State University and his Masters in Marital and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary San Diego. He would be the first to tell you that he loves Texas and is here to stay.
Growing up in a family of six with extended family close by, Mark did not lack for a variety of relationship highs and lows. Marital discord, secrecy, divorce, emotional abuse, childhood trauma—many of the challenging aspects of relationships were found throughout his close relationships. And yet his deepest focus remained on the “good” that can be found in relationships—love, friendship, intimacy, passion, safety, acceptance, the sort of personal and interpersonal connections that add hope, security, and vibrancy to life. Through it all, Mark grew to understand that relationships are powerful and became committed to helping them flourish.
Mark wholeheartedly believes that authenticity and vulnerability are vital to building connections. Just as he supports his clients as they dare to let others in, to really be seen and heard, he takes the time to press into his own fears and longings and share them with trusted others. He believes that it is often when we are deepest in the struggle that we grow the most. He has questioned his worth, struggled with shame, felt empty and meaningless, and painstakingly worked through difficult relationships. But, despite the hardship, he has found faith, hope, compassion, forgiveness, and peace in the process.
Today, Mark is someone who finds joy in living. Whether spending time in solitude (perhaps reading), chatting with friends, or being out in nature (even just a walk around the block), he enjoys the simple gifts that can be found in life. He sees the world and the people who fill it as gifts from God and would happily spend his life in the service of others.

I bring a calm, approachable presence to therapy, which many clients find grounding. Whether you are seeking support for trauma, depression, anxiety, communication challenges, or life transitions, I am committed to providing compassionate, empathetic care that encourages exploration and growth. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, emphasizing respect for your lived experiences, strengths, and values as the foundation of our work together. I incorporate evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to support goal-oriented progress. Additionally, I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps clients explore different aspects of themselves with curiosity and compassion—facilitating healing from trauma and fostering self-awareness. In working with children and adolescents, I often utilize play therapy techniques, providing a developmentally appropriate and safe way for young clients to express themselves and process complex emotions. My background in play therapy also informs my flexible approach, ensuring sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs—recognizing that therapy can take many different forms beyond verbal discussion. Understanding that trauma can significantly influence one’s self-perception and relationships, I employ a trauma-informed approach that emphasizes emotional safety, regulation, and empowerment. Whether dealing with recent or developmental trauma, I provide a compassionate space to process painful experiences and develop resilience. I also support individuals and families navigating intergenerational trauma, relational wounds, and cultural disconnection, integrating relational, practical, and spiritual considerations as appropriate. With a background in spirituality, I am comfortable integrating faith or spiritual values into therapy when aligned with your beliefs and goals. I highly value cultural humility and am committed to practicing in an inclusive, anti-oppressive manner.
